Before

Construction progress is moving along, and we’ll have more to show soon.  In the mean time, enjoy this “before” video of our store interior. We started out with a totally raw space – no interior walls, no bathroom, no electrical outlets.  (Here’s where having an architect as a husband comes in extra handy!  And he makes a guest appearance in the video, too.)  So it was fun to play with a blank slate for our store design.

Here’s the true blankness of what we started with.  You can see the sushi graphics and our crazy orange window wrap, all of which will come down when we open.  There’s not much else to see, really.  Just some concrete and drywall and exposed pipes and ducts.  But oh, just wait!  We’ll have quite a transformation to unveil in the coming weeks.
